The Adobe Acrobat Reader app for iOS or Android is required to fill PDF forms when using a tablet or mobile phone. Presently, only the Adobe Acrobat Reader app (and maybe Foxit) allows filling in form fields correctly with the proper size fonts for a high quality print. The real problem is when trying to print using cardstock. Most mobile platforms do not give this option in printer settings and when using cardstock without the specific setting on the printer, the print comes out poorly. If your printer allows for changing the Media Type from a mobile device to heavyweight paper after you press print, then you may be able to print without a problem. 

Since most of the world uses A4, both sizes of paper can be used for each craft template printed using US letter format. Room was left in the margins on the US Letter size to be compatible with A4 paper.
