Use your phone to make your own video for your truelove and a personalized clapperboard note with the words “Press Play" to play video. Make it humorous, serious, or a compilation of relationship photos.
Video can be more meaningful because, unlike an email or text, your partner can see your facial expressions and hear your tone of voice. After you send her a copy, your partner can rewatch your video even when your relationship is going through a challenging time or just missing you to be uplifted. Show the proof of your love.
Your video can be as simple or as complex as you want it with the video editor on your phone. If you need more features than the basics you can use CapCut for free.
The paper craft clapperboard is personalized with 2 lines of text to tell your loved one to “Press Play” or whatever you want to say. Make sure you set your phone screen so it does not turn off automatically by going into iPhone Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock and select Never. (Android Lock Screen turn off)

Use the back of a butter knife or bone folder to score the fold lines. The fold line guides are the blue dashed lines.
Line up the bone folder on the fold line guide, then place the ruler next to it to keep straight. Push down and slide along guide lines. Repeat for each fold line.

Use the craft knife to cut on the black lines. When cutting, place the knife on the line where you want to cut first and then your ruler the same distance on both sides to cut straight.
Cut the Clapperboard the same way. You may also use scissors.

Fold down along the score lines on each of the “Tape” tabs as shown.

Fold down the bottom of the stand as shown.

Fold down the bottom again.
The bottom fold will hold your phone in place even if it has a case.

Fold down on the middle fold line to fold in half.

Curl the back stand with your hand as shown by pressing in both sides slowly.
You can also use a pen to curl each side slightly.

Place a piece of small double sided tape on the “Tape” tab one side and complete step 11 before repeating for the other side.

Slightly squeeze the paper along the grey triangle and line up the tape tab so it is flush as shown.
Repeat Step 10 and this step for the other side.

Press the tape firmly so it will hold.

Place your finger inside to further curl the paper if needed. This will make the stand strong.

Place your phone flush against the stand and on top of the bottom tab. Slide the Clapperboard between your phone and the stand.
Finished! Remember to keep your phone from turning off so your beloved can see your screen and just press the play button to play video.
