You Will Need
Mini Gumball Machine
A small 7 inch plastic mini gumball machine with turning handle. Multi-colored gumballs are included and they drop into the slot at the bottom. No coins are necessary.
Get the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® PDF viewer to open and print this file properly on your computer. The free Adobe® Reader® app for iOS or Android is required to fill PDF forms if using a mobile device. A computer is much simpler for printing if you have the option. See FAQ for more information.
The template should be printed on heavy cardstock US Letter or A4 Paper sizes. See paper size comparison for more info on A4 size paper. Check printer settings in the instructions below.

Download the personalized template PDF above. Click file to unzip. Right click on PDF to Open > With Adobe Reader.
Click and highlight the wording in the PDF form fields to personalize text with your own prizes.

In Adobe Reader, select File, Print (click the button for current page to print page 2 only) and make sure Page Scaling is set to NONE.
Select quality and paper settings to print on cardstock or heavy paper at best quality. Load cardstock paper and print.

Screw off the top of the gumball machine and poke a hole in the plastic bag. Shake the gumballs into a bowl. Remove the bag and place the gumballs back into the machine.
Pull off the tag and pull on the loop of the elastic band to loosen and untie as shown.

Thread the tip of the elastic band through the hole of the Prize Chart.

Insert the elastic band tip back through the loop as shown.

Pull the tip until the elastic band loop ties to the Prize Chart securely.

Place the elastic band over the top or use a ribbon to tie the Gumball Prize Chart.
