The template should be printed on heavy cardstock US Letter or A4 Paper sizes. See paper size comparison for more info on A4 size paper. Check printer settings in the instructions below.
Instructions

Download the personalized template PDF above. Click file to unzip. Right click on PDF to Open With > Adobe Reader.
Click and highlight the wording in the PDF form fields to personalize with the tag on page 2 with your names.
Repeat for the label on page 3 to add your own message. The text will resize to fit.

Click the print button or File > Print and select Pages (enter 2-3 only) before printing.
Set paper quality/type to best on card stock paper before printing and load printer tray with card stock paper.

Use the paper clip to score the fold lines. The fold line guides are the blue dashed lines.
Push down and slide paper clip along the ends of the tabs to follow the curve as shown.
Repeat for each fold line on the handle.

Once all fold lines are scored, use the craft knife or scissor to cut out each piece.
When cutting, keep the cut path on the line so that you do not see white around the edges.

Using the scissors, cut curved areas like the handle as shown.
Turn the paper into the scissors for a smooth rounded cut.

Place double sided tape on each of the tabs marked "Tape."
Glue may also be used.

Connect both sides of the bucket together as shown and press down along tape.

Place double sided tape on each of the small bottom tabs marked "Tape."

Fold each of the bottom tabs as shown.

Curve the sides keeping the tabs flush along the bottom circle while pressing the tape tabs.
Move along each tab to close the bottom.

Press the side tabs together firmly.

Fold the handle down along the straight fold.
Repeat for the other side.

Fold again along the angled fold as shown.
Repeat in the opposite direction for the other side.

Place a piece of double sided tape on the back of the each side of the handle.
Attach to sides just below the top line and centered along the connected sides as shown.

Place a piece of double sided tape on the back of the optional tag along the top.
Fold the brown loop over the handle as shown onto the tape and then fold the back of the tag to close.

Attach the optional front label by placing a piece of double sided tape on the back, then press onto any location of your choice.
Fill with a bucketful of whatever your sweetheart loves.
